Caroline Appleby can typically be found binge watching Grey’s Anatomy on Netflix and eating Udis gluten free pizza. Even though she has cow heart in her head from brain surgery, she is pretty sharp...sometimes. She takes pride in her mediocre golf game. She found it fun to flip around on a beam and run at stationary objects in gymnastics, but due to her brain surgery she isn’t able to tumble anymore. She spent her first ten years of education at a school with a skipper for a mascot. Finally, she came to the conclusion to attend a school with a better mascot: a Red Knight. She hopes to grow up and become a professional tv viewer for Netflix, watching Grey’s Anatomy and Gossip Girl all day.
