Boys hockey shutout by rival Eden Prairie

The Red Knights ended a 3-game win streak on Tuesday, February 3, as they were shutout by their section rival Eden Prairie at home 5-0.  For Eden Prairie, Casey Mittelstadt scored two goals, one in the first period and another in the second.  Also in the first, Riley Argetsinger added one and Michael Graham also netted the puck in the third to give the Eagles a 4-0 lead after two.  In the third period, BSM did not have any more success as Brady Schoo scored to seal the deal on a 5-0 shutout.  On the defensive side for the Red Knights, senior goalie Jalen Long stopped 23 of 24 shots faced and sophomore Ryan Bischel also got action in goal, as he stopped 11 of 15 shots that he faced.
