In a blowout against the Richfield Spartans on Tuesday, January 20, the Red Knight boys basketball team displayed their dominance ending their four game losing streak. From the start of the game the Red Knights were able to move the ball effectively and stop them on the other end of the court. At the end of the first half the red knights had a lead of 37-22. The dominance continued as the Red Knights limited the Spartans to 16 points in the second half ending the game with a 73-38 victory. Sophomore Will Whitmore was the leading scorer ending the game with 20 points. “I realized in that game that I had to work hard on every possession or it could be my last, so I had to make every play count,” Whitmore said.
