In the closest game of the season the Red Knights played the Rosemount Irish in a double overtime loss of 73-71. Through the first half it looked as though the Irish were going to blow out the Red Knights ending the first half with a 16-point lead. The Red Knights quickly bounced back in the second half finishing the second half scoring 37 points forcing Rosemount into overtime. In the first 4-minute overtime no team could pull away each team scoring 6 points forcing the game into a second overtime. At the end of the second overtime the Red Knights fell by a 2-point deficit. Senior Jalen Floyd lead the team in scoring with 26 points. “We were disappointed because we came from being down 20 points and worked really hard to get back in it. We start the game off slow and we can’t do that anymore,” Floyd said.
