Girls’ hockey crushes rival Blake to remain undefeated

The Benilde-St. Margaret’s girls’ hockey team improved to 5-0-1 on the season as they defeated the defending Class A state champion The Blake School by a score of 6-0. Kaylee Druk, Kelly Pannek and Caitlin Reilly all registered 3 point games to help secure the win. Pannek, who leads the team in points with 22, extended her point streak to 6 games with her effort. Senior goalie Abbey Miller recorded her 4th win of the season and second shutout in the game, stopping all 13 shots that she faced. The Red Knights will face off against 6th ranked Edina at Braemar arena on Saturday, November 30 at 8 pm.
