Seniors to make final college decisions on May 1

On May 1, seniors across the country will have to officially commit to the college they plan to attend. “National Decision Day” is the final opportunity to notify a school of intent to matriculate, usually requiring a monetary deposit to the school of choice.“After hearing back from my last school I knew exactly where I was going, but it’s still exciting to know it’s the end of the process,” senior Barrett Fitzgerald said. Extenuating circumstances exist for some students in the case of waitlists.
