The boys’ basketball team stayed undefeated in conference play by beating their crosstown rival, St. Louis Park, in convincing fashion, 75-48, on Thursday, Feb. 9. Throughout the first half, the Orioles were in the game, staying within six points of the Red Knights. This fueled the upset minded Orioles’ fan section. The Orioles were within six points at halftime, but it was all Red Knights after that. Senior guard Isaiah Zierden made seven three-pointers, ending with 32 points overall. Other contributors for the Red Knights were senior guards Isaiah Gray and Will Dunn, who tallied 12 and 11 points, respectively. The win extends BSM’s winning streak to 18 games.
