Holy Family upsets Boys’ Soccer

On Thursday, October 10, the Benilde-St. Margaret’s boys’ soccer team suffered a season ending loss at the hands of the Holy Family Fire. The third seeded Red Knights were favored heading into the match but couldn’t respond after the Fire scored in the second half to take the 1-0 lead. Despite multiple last minute pushes, the Red Knights were unable to get the ball past Holy Family keeper John Pearson, who held strong to preserve the victory for the Fire. The Red Knights finished their season with an overall record of 10-6-1 and will graduate seven seniors.
