Girls’ hockey gets shutout versus Spring Lake Park

Girls’ hockey continued to show their dominance with a 5-0 shutout of Spring Lake Park on Tuesday, January 29. Senior defenseman Sara Taffe, a captain, scored a hat trick for the Red Knights, with her third goal coming on the power play. Junior Kelly Pannek, a forward, also tallied three points off of a goal and two assists. BSM mustered 58 shots on net, while Spring Lake Park was only able to get ten shots on junior goaltender Abbey Miller, who got the win. This is the Red Knights’ twelfth shutout of the season.
