This year, instead of having Holiday Ball before Winter Break, the winter Sadie Hawkin’s dance is being moved to the beginning of February to prevent interference with several sports conflicts so that it won’t detract people from going. The actual date of the dance will be February 2.
In addition to a date change, the name of Holiday Ball is also being changed. “Holiday Ball is going to be called ‘Snow Ball’ because it is in February which isn’t really around the holidays” senior class board representative Luke Musech said.
The senior class board dictates all of the decisions and changes regarding Snow Ball, as they have in years past. “There was also help from the administration on the dates,” Musech said.
