Amongst the slew of athletes from the class of 2013 committing to play sports in college, Rob Lance, a captain and midfielder on the boys’ lacrosse team, recently verballed to Division III school Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. His commitment came after he was accepted into the school through their early decision program. “I’ve been talking to them since last fall, we got in touch over the summer and that just kind of led to my decision to commit…I took an overnight visit there and I got to meet the other players and the students. The staff was very, very welcoming,” Lance said.
