Poor first half dooms Red Knights

The Red Knights were defeated by the St. Francis Saints in their first conference game by a score of 67-44. St. Francis took a 41-21 lead into halftime after making multiple three-pointers and playing good defense. The second half was more balanced as Red Knights fought to get back into the game, but they were unable to overcome the deficit and lost 67-44. Junior guard Colin Polarek had a game-high 14 points; however, four St. Francis players were in double-figures. The Red Knights will face the Chaska Hawks in the Eden Prairie Holiday Tournament over the holiday.
