French students of all levels caroled for their peers on Thursday.

On December 20, 2012, each French class from BSM marched into classrooms to spread some Christmas cheer. The French department has been caroling for six years now. Their songs consist of classics such as “Jingle Bells,” “Frosty the Snowman” and “Joy to the World,” all performed in French. There is also one song from the province of Quebec in Canada called “Hello Winter,” which does not follow the tune of any traditional American songs. French classes prepare for two weeks before they carol, all to keep the tradition going and to spread Christmas cheer to classes before break.
