BSM seniors Catherine Cole, Elizabeth Magill, Kiley Petersen, Amanda Semler and Elizabeth Vertina received recognition as semi-finalists for the National Merit Scholarship Program.
Having five students awarded this honor is not a regular occurrence at BSM. “The amount of students varies from year to year. It’s more [students] than we’ve had in recent years. We’ve had one to two [students] in the last five to six years,” Dr. Sue Skinner said.
Also recognized for their high performance of PSAT are seniors Anne Arnason, Giulia Imholte, and Caitlin Sisk, who have been awarded the title of National Merit commended scholars.
