Volleyball takes down Columbia Heights

Peter Best, Sports Editor

BSM Volleyball started strong and didn’t let up, winning three straight sets to claim their first win of the season over conference rival Columbia Heights on Tuesday, September 4. The team won their first match of the night 25-9, then improved upon that with a stifling 25-6 win. The third set was much closer, but the Red Knights were able to hold off the Highlanders and win 25-15, completing a three-match sweep. The Red Knights are 1-2 on the season, but are undefeated in conference play.
