Jack Johnston, Staff Writer
Staff Writer Jack Johnston’s roots are as American as Apple Pie, bad Michael Bay movies and Republicans complaining about paying taxes. From humble origins in “beautiful” Albany, New York, the doctors present at his birth say that his off-beat nature can be traced back to his first moments: “We really tried to catch him, I mean we really did, but man if that kid was more slippery than a Salmon covered in WD-40.” At four, he moved to Minnesota with his slightly negligent parents and his resentful younger sister. He’s been called “likeable enough,” “effeminate,” and “kind of a jerk” by those close to him, and in keeping with his overly-dedicated work ethic, brings these defining characteristics to the keyboard. Jack is consumed, if not obsessed, with the commitment he has given to the Knight Errant for reliable, world-class reporting of today’s most important issues.
