Football team roars from behind to defeat Chaska

As the sun set over the array of black and red helmets and Hawaiian shirts overflowed the bleachers, BSM remained in a constant tug-of war with Chaska on Friday, September 5. In less than ten minutes after the start of game, senior quarterback Richmond Bowen threw a beautiful pass into the endzone to make the score 7-6. Shortly thereafter, BSM broke away from the black and yellow haze as senior Nate Barry scored two touchdowns. Within the next five minutes, Chaska came back with two more touchdowns and field-goals to tie the game at 20-20. As the fourth quarter started, both teams were ready to give it all. BSM was able to quickly score again and, at the end, take a 27-26 win over Chaska.
