Le Burger is a quaint yet exciting restaurant with a beautiful indoor seating area.

In a city that is already filled with top-tier dining options, Minneapolis has a new one that has risen to fame. Le Burger 4303 manages to carve out a unique identity. Whether it be the French twist on an American food or just the ambiance in the restaurant, it has truly made an impact in the community. The service is unbelievably good, and the food is even better. This restaurant is more than just a trendy spot, it is a love letter to the burger, recreating its wonderful taste through a French lens.

When you walk into Le Burger, it feels bright and colorful, but it also has a retro feel, almost like a traditional Minneapolis diner. The chairs and booths present a soft blue, while the walls have French decorations and art that make the place feel very friendly. It isn’t too loud nor too quiet, which makes it the best spot to either go with your friends, family, or on a date.

The best part about the restaurant is the food. The specialty of the restaurant, if you haven’t guessed already, is the burger. They have two famous burgers, the Le Burger and The L’Américain, both made with wagyu beef, making them taste even better. The Le Burger is a traditional burger with their homemade pickles, Cooper’s American cheese, and the le sauce. The L’Américain is a similar burger but also very different. It carries the same cheese and pickles, but it boasts a ketchup, mustard, and mayo mix on a sesame seed bun. A bite into The L’Américain is a perfect mix of creamy, crunchy, and savory.

The sides are just as good as the main meals. The fries are crispy and salty, but they taste different in a good way because of the special seasoning with yeast that gives them an extra flavor. If you ask me, they are some of the best fries in town. They also have the American Cheese Gougeres, which are cheesy bread puffs that melt in your mouth. You dip them in their creamy herb sauce, and it tastes so good that you want to get your own.

If you’re not full yet and have room for a delicious dessert, they have a wonderful dessert menu. It consists of many different styles of ice cream. My personal favorite is the La Coco, which consists of vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce and some additional coconut with a hint of caramel.
