National Honor Society began recruiting on March 15 for the annual blood drive, which is to be held Wednesday, March 23, to benefit Memorial Blood Centers and hospital patients in need of additional blood. Students and faculty will be given the opportunity to donate up to a pint after passing a health screening and meeting the weight requirements for a qualified donor. Mr. Rob Epler, NHS adviser, organizes the annual blood drive and will be supervising the event along with the junior and senior student chairs. Staff and students who wish to become a donor can watch for the multicolored Memorial mascot at A, B, and C lunches or contact the National Honor Society.
