The ugly Christmas sweaters brightened the halls before winter break.

Every year, BSM students participate in the beloved tradition of wearing ugly Christmas sweaters the day before winter break begins. So, on December 19, students gathered together in the Christmas festivities and donned their most-cluttered pieces of clothing to celebrate the holiday season. After Christmas mass in the morning, classes were shortened from 40 minutes to 25 minutes. “This is one of my favorite days of the year. Digging through your basement the night before to find all the Christmas decorations you can is practically a tradition now,” junior Matt Paal said.
