Filled with raspy vocals and haunting backups, Man Man’s most recent single, “Head On,” is not only a groovy, pick-me up song, but a memorable and catchy tune. The Philadelphia based experimental rock band is known for their unique style and instrumentation (think broken plates and fireworks), which is continued through upbeat percussive piano. Add in inspirational lyrics that are just encouraging enough without being cheesy or fake, and Man Man has an end-of-summer hit that will get you through the September blues.
