Students and teachers enjoyed the opportunity to dress in their comfiest pajamas to kick off Catholic Schools Week festivities. “I was thankful to get to wear what makes [me] comfortable, and it was an easy transition from the weekend to the busy school week,” said junior Ellen Morrissey. The theme for this year’s Catholic Schools Week comes from the scripture “Rejoice in the Lord always. I shall say it again, rejoice!” (Phillipians 4:4). Along with having a dress up day, the annual Hall of Honor will take place in the Great Hall tonight to recognize those who have been dedicated to the BSM community and the values it represents. Select BSM staff, alums, and parents will be awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award, employee Service Award, Volunteer Service Award, or Red Knight Leadership Award.
