Giving up four powerplay goals, the boys’ hockey team lost to Burnsville 5-1 on Thursday, Dec. 8. The Red Knight’s were off to a strong start, with a slap-shot goal by junior forward Daniel Labosky on a powerplay, giving BSM the lead going into to the first intermission. After that, it was all Blaze. Burnsville’s Hunter Anderson had a goal and four assists. Cory Chapman and Mason Wyman also had 3 points a piece. The Red Knight’s hope to get back on track after their first loss–and major upset– of the season on Saturday, Dec. 10, in their home opener against Duluth Marshall.
