With calculators, rulers, and pencils galore, the new math resource center is open for business. Located in the back of the library, the math center offers students math help during their BSM hours. The department created the center to accommodate the number of students that need extra help. “Instead of having 20 people in a math room before or after school, students can use the math resource center and receive more individual attention,” said Mrs. Nightingale, Math Department Chair. Teachers and Calculus students are in the center each hour, and they look forward to seeing more students taking advantage of the new facility.
