Today, Ben and Jerry’s will host their annual Free Cone Day. From noon to 8 pm, the popular ice cream shop will give out one free scoop of ice cream to each customer. The two Ben and Jerry’s locations closest to school are at Calhoun Commons in Minneapolis and in downtown Downtown Wayzata. This event is no quick stop for an afterschool snack– lines often wind around the block, so plan accordingly. However, the long wait is part of the fun, and this once a year occasion is something you definitely don’t want to miss!
