The boys basketball team got their first victory of the season against a vulnerable Holy Angels basketball team on Thursday, December 4th. Junior forward Sam Baker led the red knights in scoring. Going into the game the Red Knights had high expectations for themselves expecting to get the win. From the start of the game the Red knights displayed that they were the better team ending the first half with a lead in the double digits. The Red Knights acted as more of unit this game with all of the teammates knowing what needed to be done to get the win. “It was the first win of the season after a rough start and the team spirit was ecstatic and we were crazy on the bus ride home,” senior guard Jay Patnode said.
