The BSM Alpine team took to the slopes of Hyland Hills on quite a mild monday evening considering Minnesota’s most recent temperatures. Out of 47 racers, junior Alex Setchell placed in sixth place, with an impressive combined run of 38.07 seconds, while freshman Matthew Tucker finished sixth out of 59 racers in the mens’ race. “It was a fun race. Even though we were all cold we managed to have a great time. In the words of Kanye West we were working harder, making it better, doing it faster, which in the long run made us stronger,” junior captain Shelby Erickson said.
