Cross Country looks to finish season strong
October 3, 2013
The Benilde-St. Margaret’s Boys’ Cross Country team has kept a theme of consistency in their last few races, usually placing 8th or 9th overall in each meet. This Saturday, October 5th the boys will travel up to Duluth for one of their final races before the Conference Championship, which they hope to compete for. However, the team believes there is much room for improvement in the final few races. “We haven’t performed to our potential this year. Whether that be our top guy to our number 10 guy. We have a lot of 10th graders that need to step up. We can improve on being smarter racers and just overall giving it our all whether that be practices or races,” said senior captain Jay Biwer.
