Girls’ basketball rebounds with lopsided win

Senior captain Josie Dillon made her 1,000th career point during the first half against Columbia Heights on Friday, Dec. 6, contributing to a 65-7 win for the girls’ basketball team. The Red Knights took control with a 26-2 lead early in the first half, and a halftime score of 40-5. Despite pulling all starters for the majority of the second half, the team held Columbia Heights to only one basket during the second half. The win got the Red Knights back on track after a loss to Hill-Murray and brought them up to a 7-2 record on the season.
