The drama department will be performing the production of “Thoroughly Modern Millie” this spring. With auditions in February, the cast has been practicing since March and the many hours of hard work play a key roll in on-stage confidence. Sophomore Luke Guidinger plays Millie’s boss, the second biggest male lead, and said the cast has been extra focused this year under the direction of Marilee Mahler and Nancy Stockhaus. “It’s coming together. We’ve been working very hard for this one. I’m very excited,” Guidinger said. The play will be shown the first two weekends of May in the Theater. Tickets are $10 for adults, $6 for students and seniors, and children five and under are free. Tickets will be sold at the door, but are also available to be bought online on the school website.
