“Senior spring break” is a popular trend among high schools, and it can mean many different things. The main idea is going on a trip of some sort, with a group of friends. Depending on which school you go to, the senior spring break may be a popular plan or not as popular. I think that going on a trip with a group of friends for your senior spring break is the way to go.
Many kids gain some very close friends throughout their high school years, and these relationships may last them the rest of their lives. As a senior, you may not have a lot of time left with your high school friends, depending on what your post-high school plans are. Spring break takes place near the end of the school year and going on a trip with your friends can be a great time to make some awesome memories to end high school.
Some people make the argument that they want to travel to a new part of the world instead of going to a common destination with all their friends, which is a great thing to do. However, this might be the last opportunity to travel with your friends. For me personally, most of the trips I’ve gone on in my life have been with my family, which is great, but I think that the last spring break of your high school experience can be used to travel with friends and make new memories.
A common problem people face when trying to set up a group spring break can be the money aspect, but there are plenty of different ways to go on a trip. Going on a group spring break doesn’t just mean you need to go to an expensive resort in Mexico. The whole point is to be with people you are close with and make new memories, which can be done at a cheap price. For example, you and your friends could go on a road trip and go camping or even go up to a cabin in Minnesota for a week.
If you are trying to decide what your plans are going to be for your upcoming senior spring break, I think the best way to go is going on some sort of trip with your close friends. It could be one of your last chances to make some good high school memories so you need to make it count.
