There are a variety of Starbucks Christmas items available

As the holiday season rolls around, the Starbucks Holiday Christmas menu returns as a seasonal favorite. Many enjoy the festive drinks that they can try yearly and it makes the Christmas season even more cheery.

The iced sugar cookie almond milk latte with sugar cookie cold foam is loved every year. With the sugar cookie syrup, it really does taste like a cookie. I enjoyed this drink the best because it has a unique flavor that I wouldn’t try otherwise. I think it deserves the hype and if you have a sweet tooth this drink is for you!

The caramel brulée latte is a warm sweet treat in a cup. The sweet hints of sugar and a perfect latte blend very well together. I prefer this served warm because the different flavors start to emerge in a hot beverage. Although it’s only available for a limited time, I think that it’s the perfect drink for a cold season.

If you’re looking for the perfect treat, the gingerbread loaf is perfect. It’s warm, moist, sweet and has a strong taste of gingerbread with icing to top it off. I suggest getting this served warm because it makes all the difference. I enjoyed this a lot because it’s the perfect sweet treat whenever you need something sweet.

The peppermint brownie cake pop makes a yearly appearance on the menu. The inside is a chewy, rich brownie batter, the outside is coated with melted white chocolate. Although it has peppermint in the name there is only a slight hint of it in the cake pop. It would be far better if there was more peppermint flavor. It comes with red and green sprinkles on the top for a crunchy touch.

If you’re debating on getting coffee or tea, the gingerbread oat milk chai is perfect for you. Served warm or cold it’s wonderful any way. The newest addition to the menu includes chai spices, rich oat milk and gingerbread. Although it’s quite watery, the flavor of ginger bread and chai really stand out.

The peppermint mocha isn’t only available during the christmas season, it’s actually available year round. But since it’s a wintery drink it’s mainly only ordered during the cold months of the year. Although it tastes like hot cocoa, the mix of peppermint and coffee makes the drink taste like burnt peppermint. This would be my least favorite of the drinks I tried.
