The Addams Family, Netflix, Fair Use

The Addams Family sets a good Halloween tone and is a good family movie.

The Addams Family

Directed by Barry Sonnenfeild, The Addams Family is a Halloween classic movie that was created on Nov. 22, 1991 and got put on Netflix on Aug. 21, 2020. It all starts when Uncle Fester (Christopher Lloyd) is said to be the missing brother of Gomez Addams (Rual Julia). Morticia Addams (Angelica Hutson) comes to the conclusion that this man is a fraud since he can not explain any of Fester’s life details. With the help of lawyer Tully Afford (Dan Heyda), Fester manges to get the Addams family evicted out of their house, and Gomez realizes that he must challenge Fester.

I really enjoyed this movie, as it sets a good Halloween tone and is a good family movie. I would recommend this movie for a Halloween party or a get-together. It is aimed for younger kids or teenagers, and it’s more of a cute Halloween movie than a scary movie.
