Hubie Halloween is a funny movie with a good Halloween theme.

Released Oct. 7, 2020, and directed by Steve Brill, this movie is a fun fantasy/mystery movie that takes place in Salem, Massachusetts. Hubie Halloween about a committed community volunteer who tries to make the town safe and not “dangerous.” Everyone makes fun of Hubie (Adam Sandler) and tries to stop him from destroying Halloween. Hubie then finds himself in a real investigation for a murder.

I found this movie to be very funny with a good Halloween theme. Sure, it was kinda stupid sometimes, but also very funny, and it has to be because Adam Sandler is in it. I would definitely say this is not a scary Halloween movie, so if you are looking for a frightening movie, this is not the one for you. The other downside is that there is a lot of bullying to Hubie (Adam Sandler). I know this behavior is supposed to be funny, but it is kinda sad. Maybe I’m just a sensitive person, but still. Other than that, if you would like a good Halloween comedy movie to watch with friends, I would recommend.
