As a junior midway through what is said to be the most stressful year in high school, I tend to take my sleep pretty seriously. Every night, I hope to get ready for bed at around 10:30ish. This means that I will try to get a decent 7 hours of sleep every weekday. On some occasions, I get distracted by my phone and end up spending a decent amount of my time browsing Twitter. I always try to limit my screen time but sometimes it is just uncontrollable. Overall, this sleep schedule is working well and I suggest lots of people to start following it.
