My sleep routine is simple. I try to go to bed at 10:00 PM, spend a few minutes on my phone beforehand, and then spend thirty or so minutes staring at my ceiling whilst contemplating the futility of life until I finally fall asleep. One night while I was reflecting on humanity’s endless battle with existential questions, I actually thought of the cure for cancer, but I fell asleep before I could write it down.
