No matter how much sleep I obtain, I’m always exhausted; if I sleep 14 or 4 hours it feels like I’ve slept the same amount. My sleep routine on school nights varies depending on homework and school activities and during the weekend, I tend to go to sleep later because I know I can (usually) sleep in. My intent for when I go to sleep is always early, but somehow even when I don’t have anything and my plan is straight, I still somehow get distracted by my phone or computer and delay sleep once more. Luckily, I’m capable of falling asleep anywhere, and at anytime––which also may be a simultaneous curse because it could be midday, and I’ll feel completely grougy.
