Seeing as I’m currently typing this at around midnight central time, I think it’s safe to say that my sleep schedule isn’t as great as it could be. With the daily pressures of school, extracurriculars, family, and friends, it can be easy to let sleep maintain its place at the bottom of my list of priorities. However, my concentration and productivity are noticeably affected when I attempt to function in exhaustion. When I do manage to get sleep, I usually wind down by watching Netflix or Youtube on my laptop. Probably not the best thing to do, but I always look forward to it after a long and stressful school day. On weekends, I tend to sleep into the afternoon in order to recuperate.
