KE: When did you start running?

I started running CC in 10th grade at Benilde, so I was a little bit of a late-comer but that’s ok. I started CC cause I already did distance in track since 7th grade, and I knew a lot of the girls from that so I thought it would be an easy transition. Plus Claudia [Elsenbast] kept yelling at me to join, so I eventually gave into it.

KE: What are some of your other favorite sports?

Soccer and basketball.

KE: What is your favorite thing about being on the BSM team?

Everything. Our team is the greatest. We are like one big family. We have great vibes on the team and we all love each other and look out for one another. Even when we have really hard practices, we keep each other motivated and hyped.
