The Benilde-St.Margaret’s boys’ football team lost to Chanhassen on Friday, September 26 in a nail-biter. With minutes left to play in the game the Red Knights had a chance to tie on a point-after-touchdown which was blocked leaving the team down by a single point. Despite going down early the Red Knights clawed their way back into the game but failed to score on their final drive as the game finished with a score of 28-27. “It was a tough loss. It was great to finally see both the offense and defense playing well. We had fought so hard to get back into the game and it was tough to get so close and not win,” senior Matt Arnason said.
