The National Honors Society is sponsoring a blood drive for Memorial Blood Centers on Wednesday, March 19. NHS sponsored a similar event this fall, and, due to its overwhelming success, is hosting a second.

Students have the opportunity to sign up to donate blood during all lunches throughout the week of March 10. Students can donate their blood next Wednesday during their free hour.

The blood drive is chaired by both junior and senior members of NHS, including junior member Chris Philbin. Philbin encouraged students to participate, noting that, “When you give blood, you get a sweet sticker and a snack.”
