Behind a thirteen point first half, the Red Knights snapped their two-game losing streak with a 16-8 win over the Edina Hornets. Ten different Red Knights recorded goals on the game with junior Austin Dale and senior Rob Lance both scoring three goals each. Edina was led by Derek Todd, who scored four of the team’s eight goals, but a stretch of eleven unanswered goals by the Red Knights in the first half gave the Red Knights an insurmountable lead. The Red Knights finish the regular season with an 8-4 record and will look to return to the state tournament.
