After losing first place in the North Suburban Conference to Totino-Grace, the Red Knights returned to action with a 3-0 shutout of the Irondale Knights. Junior Jimmy Cron dominated the game on the mound pitching a complete game allowing only one hit and collecting eight strikeouts. The Red Knights needed very little offense with Cron’s pitching performance but three Red Knights collected more than one hit in the victory. The Red Knight’s next game will be Monday May 20 against Holy Angels.
