The Red Knights returned to action with a home-and-home doubleheader against rival St. Louis Park with the Red Knights winning game one 4-3 but then falling to the Orioles 9-4 in the second game. In the first game, the Orioles scored all three of their runs in the third inning but the Red Knights countered scoring one in the bottom of the inning to trail 3-1 after three. In the seventh inning the Red Knights were trailing 3-2 when senior Grant Besse singled down the third base line and Nathan Hanks and Dan Labosky scored to give the Red Knights the 4-3 win. In game two, St. Louis Park was held to one run through three innings until they pushed across eight in the next three innings to take a 9-0 lead into the seventh inning. The Red Knights picked up four runs but were unable to overcome the Orioles lead and suffered a 9-4 loss. Four errors hurt the Red Knights as only three of the nine runs scored by the Orioles were earned.
