The Last Shadow Puppets – “Standing Next to Me”

Coming from The Last Shadow Puppets only album, “The Age of the Understatement,”released in 2008, comes an instant classic, “Standing Next to Me.” Sounding eerily similar to a Beatles hit, this rock song includes brilliant harmonization and a fun beat. The duo, made up of british rockers Alex Turner and Miles Kane, makes the record what it is by combining their musical talents to make a song with all the elements of a favorite song. Although the band is yet to release a second album, this song is enough to want more.
