Off British rock band The Kooks’ third album, comes a feel good song titled the same as the record, “Junk of the Heart.” Although the album was released in 2011, this song never gets old, with a post-punk revival and “pop” influence that The Kooks are known for. With a fun beat that bounces along to the care free lyrics, this song is catchy and is easy to love. “Junk of the Heart” shows off the best of The Kooks, and may be their best work to date.
