After a thrilling triple-overtime victory over North Branch, the Red Knights returned to action to face Robbinsdale Cooper and their superstar, Rashad Vaughn. The Red Knights went into halftime trailing by nine after withstanding 16 points from Vaughn; however, a slow start to the second half doomed the Red Knights as they suffered a 71-50 defeat. Rashad Vaughn scored 26 points to lead the Hawks while the Red Knights were led by senior forward Chris Bell who scored 16. The Red Knights return to action on Saturday to face the #1 AAA DeLaSalle Islanders in a boys-girls doubleheader.
