Facing Mound Westonka, Minneapolis Alpine Ski Team, and Minneapolis Southwest along with the boys, the girls alpine team left Hyland Hills with two victories and one loss. The girls went 50-5 against Mound Westonka, 42-13 against MAST, and 11 points under Southwest. At individual races, senior captain Mary Grace Arndt, recently featured in Star Tribune’s top 10 female alpine skiers, placed first with total of 37.00 seconds while sophomore Alex Setchell finished with 39.80 seconds taking fifth and freshman Kate Murnane grabbing seventh with 39.98 seconds.
