The gathering in the Great Hall on November 20 can be claimed as a momentous day. Not only because the first interdenominational prayer service ocrured at BSM, also because every pair of eyes and ears remained fixated on the passionate, sincere, and witty sermon given by a student: Jonathan Sutton. Fascination stirred while he shared intimate stories of his near-death experience, his character development (rooting from his father), and his overall appreciation of life. Jonathan also humored the audience, drawing in any unlikely sleepyheads. Inspiration was present in the minds and hearts of students as they listened to the epitome of young wisdom and wit, Jonathan Sutton.
