Boys’ soccer suffered their second loss of the season with a final score of 2-1 against the Spring Lake Park Panthers on Thursday, Sept. 6. The Panthers earned their lead early on in the match with a shot from the six-yard line slotted just between the keeper and the near-post. The Red Knights fell further behind when SLP capitalized off a penalty kick drawn by a BSM defender. However, with just over a minute remaining in the game, the Red Knights were able to add a point to the scoreboard as senior Jake Sherman scored on a free kick outside of the 18-yard box.
